1. Agreement to Terms By placing a commission request, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Artist's Rights

• Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the artist retains copyright to all commissioned works. Artist's watermarks must be displayed and never erased from the artwork.

• The artist reserves the right to display the commissioned artwork in their portfolio, on social media, and at exhibitions, unless explicitly requested by the client to keep it private.

• The client may use the commissioned work for personal use, which includes display, sharing, and making prints for personal use only. Commercial use requires a separate agreement.

3. Commission Process

• The client will provide detailed instructions for their commission.

• The artist may provide a sketch or draft for the client's approval before completing the final artwork. (see details below)

4. Revisions

• The client is allowed a specified number of revisions (e.g., two minor adjustments) during the sketch phase. Major changes thereafter may incur additional costs.

5. Liability

• The artist is not liable for any misuse of the artwork by the client.

  • Full payment is required upfront.

  • Refunds are only available if the artist has not started the commission work.

  • If a commission is canceled after work has begun, the artist retains the full payment.

There are 4 checkpoints in the commission process:

1. Following a detailed discussion regarding the order received, the work on commission will commence after a full payment is received. To further discuss the client's vision, Bee may present a couple of sketches.

2. The final sketch phase is now complete and the client has been informed accordingly. Please note that no further major changes, i.e. the addition of characters or other complex prompts, can be made at this stage.

3. The colour work has commenced, and the overall commission is expected to take 2-3 weeks to complete.

4. Upon completion of the commission, the client will receive their files accordingly.
